Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella
Absolutely delicious! A friend made this for us (she prepared it, we cooked it) and it was to die for, a must in the recipe book!

Light Oat Bread
Very good. I made this in my bread machine, followed the directions exactly and everyone loved it.

Taco Pie
We loved this. I made it using ground turkey, reduced fat sour cream and reduced fat cheese. The crescent roll dough was too big for a 9x9 pan, but I didn't want to make a 9x13 pan so I just doubled up the dough and bakes that part a tad longer. I also used crushes tortilla chips, probably half of a family size bag of chips. My kids even liked this. It was quick and it was easy, we will be making this again.
