Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
I had my doubts about this crust bc it seems like a recipe this quick for dough wouldn't be very good...wrong!! This is an awesome dough, perfect for a busy family! (I toped mine w sauce, ham, pineapple, caramelized onions, & cheese ...sooo good!! Can't wait to make it again :)

Cake Mix Cookies IV

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
Easy & delicious! I decreased the oil to 1/3 c. as suggested by other reviewers. Group of middle schoolers, "Best cookies EVER!" I made them with a chocolate fudge cake mix & rolled each cookie in powdered sugar before baking. Great recipe to have on hand when you need a quick snack. Thanks :)

Spanish Rice Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
This will be a new staple in our house! I omitted the chili sauce bc I didn't have it on hand. The tomatoes I used had "hot" peppers in them, which gave this dish a nice kick. I topped it off with sour cream. My whole family enjoyed this recipe...thanks! :)

Chef John's Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2013
I've been cooking/baking for over 20 years, and until now, I've never made a pumpkin pie! I decided on this recipe and what a great decision...it was easy and SO good!!! Made a pretty presentation for the holiday crowd, too :) Making another one (or 2!) today for a get together! I should mention I replaced the Chinese spice with pumpkin pie spice...

Blueberry Coffee Cake III

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
Yum! I was out of white sugar, so I subbed in brown sugar (same amount), and it still came out beautifully. I usually hesitate making coffee cakes because they are often dry ~ not so with this one! Will definitely be using this recipe again...thanks!

YUM!!! Great way to use up leftover coffee so it doesn't get wasted...refreshing on a hot & humid day. I topped mine with a pretty swirl of ReddiWhip...bummed I don't have chocolate syrup to drizzle over the top, but this still gets a FIVE! Thanks! :)

Delicious Salmon

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
YUM!! Perfectly prepared salmon and super easy. I decided to bake it for approx 15 min. as per other reviewers suggestions; broiling a thick fish like salmon makes me a little nervous, even though I'm sure it's fine. We will definitely be enjoying this recipe again and again :) thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
Amazing! Not just the taste of this, but that all family members gave it a big thumbs up! I made mine just a bit different. I didn't have dry Italian dressing mix, so I poured about 1/2 to 3/4 c. Tuscan Ital. dressing over 2 very large chicken breasts and cooked on high for 3 hrs. in my crock pot. When I checked it, the meat just fell apart, so I decided to shred the chicken with a fork. There was a fair amount of "broth" that I just mixed in. Then I added the cream cheese & soup mixture and cooked on low for an hour. Served it up over bow ties and topped it off with Parmesan ~ YUM! A new quick and easy dish for my family...thanks!
