Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2012
This is the best recipe I've found! It's easy, doesn't take much time, and it turned out moist and delicious. I used frozen bananas that I thawed in the microwave, and chocolate chips instead of walnuts. Delicious!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
I was surprised at how juicy and flavorful these burgers were! I followed the recipe, except I used a regular hamburger bun and added a bit of red onion and a little Best Foods as a garnish. We cooked these on our indoor grill, the Cuisinart Griddler and they came out great. My husband also loved them. I am now thinking of spin-offs (blue cheese and garlic, etc.) Thanks for this great recipe!

Baked Spaghetti II

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
I changed this recipe up quite a bit- I added garlic, a variety of Italian spices, and used diced tomatoes instead of tomato soup. It was a good, cheap recipe, but I think if I had followed it to the letter it would've been pretty bland. Recipes need spices, people! This one didn't even call for pepper!

Baked Spaghetti I

Reviewed: May 12, 2010
I made this last night, and I think if I were to follow the recipe to a "t" it would've been pretty bland and dry. I added a can of tomato sauce, about 4 cloves of garlic, and an Italian herb blend to the recipe, as well as some salt and pepper. I don't know that the soup added anything besides some much needed moisture. That being said, the end results with my modifications were pretty good and the family enjoyed it. Plus I think it will be an easily reheatable dinner!

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: May 1, 2008
This recipe is one of the best I've tried yet. It's very creamy and the cheeses give it an interesting flavor. I was a little skeptical about the processed cheese, but it does help with the creaminess of the recipe. I added a little ground sausage, and it was delicious!

I spiced this up a bit more by using diced jalapanos and hot taco sauce, and it turned out incredible! We loved it.

Ranch-Style Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2006
I have made this recipe before, and I loved it (as well as my friends). I found it to be a little too tart, so I added a bit of Splenda to give it a sweeter edge. I also had to add some salt to give the spices a bit more punch.
