Simple Roasted Chickpea Snack

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2011
I used 1 tablespoon of olive oil and omitted the cumin. I followed other reviewers and roasted for 40 mins on 400, shaking the pan every 10 minutes. They were delicious!!! I will make these again for sure

Tasty BBQ Corn on the Cob

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
This was delicious! I wrapped the corn in foil without the butter and served the butter after they were grilled. My husband loved it! Will never go back to eating just plain butter and salt!

Baked Mac and Cheese for One

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
A tad too salty but I used just regular marble cheese which could have made it more salty. I used 7 tablespoons of uncooked small shell pasta. I also cooked the flour, butter, onion, salt and pepper for about a minute or so before adding the milk. I find it cooks off the floury taste. Great recipe! Really easy to make and very delicious!!

Molten Chocolate Cakes

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
These cakes are really easy to make and always turn out perfectly! The powered sugar is a must (granulated sugar doesn't dissolve into the batter properly). I usually make them ahead and cover them with plastic wrap, I let them come to about room temperature before baking. Delicious!

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
I love this recipe! The only change I made was I layer the potatoes and sprinkle on diced onions and cheddar cheese then top with the sauce and do another layer. I use my food processor to slice the potatoes and chop the onions. I have made these multiple times and they always come out perfectly!

Grilled Chicken and Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
I used lemon/herb spice mix for the chicken and grated the mozzarella but left everything else the same. It was delicious, I will definitely make this again.

Good Old Meat Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
Delicious meat pie! Almost as good as the one my grandmother used to make. I used extra lean ground beef that I fried and drained. I also double the veggies and use two store-bought deep dish pie crusts

Tuna Pasta Salad with Dill

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
This is an easy recipe and lasts a long time in the fridge. I use light mayo and 2% milk. I also add 1 cup of frozen peas in the pasta water during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Great recipe!

Daddy's Popcorn

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
Terrific recipe! I used the tip of one of the other reviewers to add 2 or 3 kernels in the oil and add the rest when they pop. We get perfectly popped popcorn every time.
