Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
It was a little bit bland for my taste. Maybe next time I'll try it again, but will season it better.

Pie Crust IV

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
Never Failed me! I usually roll the crust and put the pan inside the fridge for 10 minutes before I fill it. For sweeter crust just add some sugar.

Fish Tacos

Reviewed: May 8, 2010
Very good! But I seasoned the fish first before i breaded it. I sprinkled some mexican seasoning and salt and it was yummy! I realized that you dont really need the capers in the white sauce, but my bf loves it. I can easily leave it out though..

Very good! I used boboli and didnt use bell peppers. Maybe next time I will use real minched garlics. I also used Rotesserie chicken from the market (save time).

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2008
Very very good! Alter it a bit here and there. Added some mexican seasoning, minched garlic, garlic powder, cumin powder and cilantro to the white "sauce". Sprinkle more cilantro on top of the cheese. Next time need to double it, since the BF eat them faster than I make them :) Serve with Spanish rice and homemade Guac. Thank you for the recipe!!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2007
Pretty good! I made some changes: Putting 1 bay leaf added more carrots, celery and 1 can of corn. Didnt have any vegetable broth so i just mix in one can of beef broth. I cook the onion with butter and olive oil combo, then i added some garlic and mix the vegetables (celery and carrots) in together until softened. since i dont have any basil i just add 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning. Instead of just salt i put in some seasoning salt and extra garlic powder (we love garlic too much :) Instead of just throwing some cooked chicken I put 2 chicken breast with rib bone inside and boiled it together with the vegetables, before i put the pasta in i just take them out and cut into chunks. The end result..my bf and his brother cant stop eating :)

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
Dont really care about the taste. Maybe next time I should marinate it to make the flavor at least stay with the chicken. Thank you for the recipe. Will try to make it again one more time, but marinate it first.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2007
Really good!! I messed up the pie crust so just end up with one single layer of pie crust instead of 2. What i did was using pilsburry cresent dough for the base of the pie. Next time maybe ill put more salt in it. Made some adjustments using 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and bake it on 375F for 45 minutes. Thank you!!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2007
I only have 3.5 lb cut of pot roast meat. I cooked it with only 1 can of soup, the whole amount of onion soup and a can full of chicken broth. I brown the beef seasoned with flour and pepper, still the sauce wont thickened. Maybe i should try to mix it with cornstarch. From the look of it i know its going to be a good meal. Thank you!
