Curried Mustard Greens with Kidney Beans

Great recipe! Can't believe how delicious and easy this is. I also used olive oil and coconut milk as replacements to make it vegetarian.

Quinoa with Veggies

Tasty, light, and refreshing. I added fresh lime juice at the end too since it was a little dry.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Very tasty. Added more garlic and used lots of fresh basil instead of dried.
