Bread Pudding II
This was very yummy! My husband loved the texture and ate all of it!! i think it needed some kinda vanilla rum sauce as a topper but it was the best i hve ever made.

Grilled Salmon I
This was delicious!! Just the right amount of everything to make the salmon just right. I foil cooked mine an dit came out perfect! This makes quite alot of marinade so you can shorten if you are making a smaller amount, i had 4 fillets and it was more than enough.

Shrimp and Crab Bisque
This was really tasty. i would say 2 tbsp of flour was too much, 1 would have done just fine. I had to add water to thin it out. HOWEVER it tasted wonderful!!
