Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Absolutely wonderful. Didn't use as much chicken stock as recipe called for and it took a lot longer to add the stock...more like 45mins, not 15-20 that the recipe states

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2007
This was a wonderful recipe. I was afraid that it wasn't going to bake up properly but I was pleasently surprised when it came out of the oven. I made this for a potluck at work and it was gone within minutes. I had a few requests for the recipe. I will be making this again

Red, White and Blue Ambrosia

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
YUMMY!!!!!!!!! I made this for 4th of July and it was sooooo good. We didn't have any leftovers. I made it again about two weeks later because I liked it so much and it's a great desert for hot summer nights. The second time I added in some chopped walnuts and it added a great crunch and texture.

Baked Basil Fries

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
The flavor was great! I didn't have that much basil left so I used parsely to fill the missing amount. Also, I used olive oil and added a little bit of salt. I must have put too much cooking spray on my baking sheet because I had a lot of smoke coming out of my oven and some of the fries were a bit too soggy. I think maybe the olive oil alone might be enough. I will definitely be making these again and trying to reduce the cooking spray (or maybe not use it at all).

Hot Sweet Onion Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2007
The taste is wonderful. I had this at a potluck at work and had to get the recipe from my coworker (her only difference is to add a little parm. cheese with the swiss). I do agree with one of the other users...this recipe does produce A LOT of grease. Just drain it as much as you can.

The Best Thai Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2007
The peanut butter taste is a little over whelming. I feel like this sauce is lacking something...but I just can't put my finger on it. I did add a couple tablespoons of sugar b/c I guess I like a sweeter peanut sauce.
