This was a great find especially for my 6 year old who loves Salmon. The whole family was happy with dinner that night. I also served it to friends and used chicken instead of salmon and they said it was great. I didn't get any because there was none left!!

Caribbean-Marinated Shrimp and Scallops

Wow This recipe was great. I served it to friends and they really liked it over rice!! To take away from the spicyness I added a little brown suger. When I went to clean up at the endof the night there were no left overs.That's a great sign in my home!!
