Found this recipe and used it for dinner tonight. Wonderful! Made some slight changes... used a combo of cottage and ricotta and added mushrooms & onions to the beef. So good! Kids are still eating. :)

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

Overall great recipe! Debated between 4 and 5 stars but decided there were some MINOR improvements to make in my opinion. Next time I will definitely season the steak a bit while cooking. I toasted the hoagies just a tad too much which was my fault. They were still great, just a bit crispy after baking. The garlic mayo is yummy, makes more than is needed though. I used light mayo and still tasted fab. Mushrooms would perfect the sandwich, if you like them. Also, I used a pizza blend cheese rather than just mozzarella which turned out well. LOVED THESE!! Will make again. :) Thank you!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I've made this a few times and it turns out wonderfully! No problems doubling the recipe and once I did add some green chiles for a kick which also was yummy. Great recipe, thanks!

Artichoke Dip I

Loved it! Served it at New Year's Bash. Didn't know most of the people there were not artichoke lovers so ended up eating a lot of it myself, BUT... it was fantastic. :)

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

Made this a couple of weeks ago and it turned out great! Added the can of tomato paste as well and also threw in some frozen spinach. The little ones ate the spinach without noticing.. lol. Good, easy recipe.

Atlantic Corn Chowder

Great "starter" soup recipe. Especially for beginners like me. I did lots of tweaking, used chicken broth & water, 2 cans creamed corn, added a can of asparagus, and seasonings; onion powder, lawry's seasoning salt, salt, pepper, and topped with fresh shredded cheddar. turned out VERY well, even the little ones enjoyed it!

Great recipe as is but also fun to add to or play around with. I like to add some veggies or diced tomatoes and additional seasonings. Can't go wrong, really!

Carnation® Mashed Potatoes

Great, easy recipe for mashed potatoes. Very yummy, husband and kids LOVED them! I did use a little less evaporated milk because we like them a bit lumpy. :) Excellent if you're a "beginner" to cooking from scratch! (I am)
