Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce

I've made this recipe twice now and have loved it both times. First time I followed the recipe exactly. The second time I substituted tequila (reposado) for the sherry. Yum!

Quinoa Tabbouleh

Loved it! I was a huge fan of bulgur tabouli then learned recently that I'm gluten intolerant so this is a great replacement. I made it exactly as directed except I cooked the quinoa in my rice cooker.

Brown Rice Lentil Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
I made this exactly as the recipe stated and served it with kebabs. I used the fresh/cooked lentils from the refrigerator case at Trader Joes to skip the cooking lentils step. I've since had it served cold and warm and loved it both ways - especially warmed up a bit! Thanks for the great low cal, low fat, gluten & diary free recipe!

Pumpkin Spice Cake II

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
I've never been one to like those who change a recipe and rate... but this time I'm going to do it. This recipe needs 1 tbsp oil - not a cup! It's still incredibly moist. I did also add nutmeg (1/2 tsp) and cloves (1/4 tsp). It's a fabulous cake - I think I just ate half of it myself in the last 30 minutes.

Coconut Macaroons III

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
Oh my... this recipe is too easy to make and even easier to eat. I followed the advice of previous reviews and exchanged one tsp of almond extract for the vanilla and it was fabulous. I let mine bake for 15 minutes so they'd be a bit crispier, too.

Loved it! Really easy to prepare and tasted great. I'm always looking for high protein, low fat recipes and this one really fit the bill.
