Grandma's Corn Pudding

This is really good, I used 4 eggs, canned milk and added a pinch of nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and it was delish!! My family gobbled it up!

Jammin' Jerk Chicken

The McCormicks Jerk Seasoning used in this recipie is simply D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! Mixed along with the other seasonings just kicks it up to even another level! After seasoning chicken I let marinate and then I browned the chicken legs and wings and then slowly simmered on stove top, was very good like this and chicken was super tender and it made its own gravy for my rice. Yum!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

I tried this and it was very good! I added some grated onion and a spoonful of chinese hoisen sauce to the sauce for additional flavor. A deliciously different twist than regular bbq chicken! FOR THOSE OF YOU WHOSE CHICKEN DID NOT CARMELIZE, DO NOT COVER THE CHICKEN WHEN YOU COOK IT, THAT WAY IT WILL CARMELIZE AND GET NICE AND BROWN.

Arroz con Pollo II

This was very good, I loved it! I didn't have any beer but subtituted chicken broth and no saffron but I used some Goya Sazon to season the chicken with and it was still very good.

Old Fashioned Macaroni Salad

This recipie sounds good. Actually I made a version of this at home. Less onion needed (only need a tbsp), less mayo (add to taste) and add a chopped egg to accentuate flavor. Otherwise, is good.
