Antipasto Pasta Salad
Delicious! I tripled the recipe for a party and I only used 1 c. oil and 1/2 c. balsamic and it was PLENTY. I can't imagine how soggy it would have been if I had tripled the dressing, too. I also I used provolone and mozzarella because I thought they would be more appealing to the crowd than asiago. I think I'm going to stick with a spicy salami than genoa next time. The pepperoni stood out better than the salami.

Pat's Baked Beans
These were the best baked beans I've ever had. I made them for a party and everyone who ate them asked for the recipe. The mixture of different bean textures was just phenomenal. I trippled this recipe and added Butter Beans to the mix because I thought the variety in sizes added a nice appeal as well. I also added about 1/2 c. more onion. DELICIOUS!

Scottish Shortbread IV
These always get great reviews from the people I make it for. However, I have one IMPORTANT suggestion to everyone - add about 1/4-1/2 tsp. of salt to the recipe. Salt is essential in bringing out flavor, not just in this recipe, but every recipe. It doesn't make it taste salty, it just makes it possible to taste the butter and sugary goodness. Good luck!
