Chicken Noodle Casserole I

I made this for our soup kitchen last night (adjusted recipe to 30). It was vey good. Added broccoli and mushrooms. When I poach chicken, I add celery, onions, parsley and chicken bouillon to the cooking water. Also, used this to cook the rotini pasta. The casserole seemed dry and I added some of this cooking water to the casserole.

Shepherd's Pie VI

I made this for our local soup kitchen. Used frozen peas and carrots, gravy as suggested, cleaned out the fridge and also added ranch dip and cream cheese with chives to the mashed potatoes. Needless to say, it was a winner. Wished I had made more for myself.
