Super yummy! I added a can of Rotel and a whole jar of salsa and didn't drain the corn or beans. Will make again!

Freezer Cucumber Pickles

Excellent! My first time making pickles and I'm glad this is the recipe I chose. I did use a red onion because I was out of the other onions.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
I wish I could give this 10 stars!! I made it the day before we ate it and it was amazing. I don't normally like celery or green pepper but I decided to add both anyway. I am so glad I did, cause it is perfect! I'll never make another chicken salad recipe again!

David's Yellow Cake

This was DELICIOUS!! I used this cake recipe and made a coffee cake with it. The original coffee cake recipe used a box mix, but using this is a million times better!

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
This was ABSOLUTELY the best chocolate chip cheesecake ever!! My family has had a similar recipe that we have made for years but it does not even compare to this! This is awesome!! I accidentally added 1 cup of sugar to this and I wouldn't do it any different next time! It was rich but not too sweet at all. I also added a chocolate glaze like someone else mentioned. AWESOME!!

Butterscotch Cake II

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
This cake was awesome!!!! I made it for a large family gathering and everyone loved it! I made a glaze with the butterscotch chips, powdered sugar and milk and then I just bought a can of chcolate frosting and microwaved it to melt it and then poured that on top of the butterscotch glaze. It was absolutely TDF! I will be making it again!!

This was awesome! I am getting ready to make it for the second time in 2 weeks! I actually only used 8 oz. whipped topping instead of 12 oz. because that was all I had and it was delicious!
