This was sooooooo good...My hubby doesn't like sweet potatoes, and he just couldn't get enough of this. Hours after dinner I see him in the living room munching on the leftovers of this wonderful dish, with coolwhip on top, and glass of Milk. This will defintely be served in our house again :)

Potato Pancakes II

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2006
Maybe I did something wrong. Everything just fell apart and made a big mess of mashed potatoes in my pan. I added flour and kept trying for them to stick together in a pancake form, and had no luck. I would not reccomend trying this recipe.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2006
Yum Yum Yum. I really really liked these. Bye Bye Boxed Brownie mix. I cut out the honey in the icing, cause I can't stand the taste of honey, and added 2 tablespoons of milk. My brownies were not cake like at all. Maybe others tasted cake like, cause they over beat their batter. Thanks for a great recipe :)

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2006
SOoooooo good! I had to use parmesean cheese instead of romano, cause that's all I had in the kitchen. ANd also I boiled the garlic with the potatoes like the others suggested. And if you are not a big fan of garlic, don't make this cause it is very garlicky. But tahnks for the great recipe I will defintley make this again.

I was just OK. I wasn't crazy about it, but my guests really seemed to like it. I used angel food cake like the others said, and mixed berries. I don't think I'll make this again.

Grilled Asparagus Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2006
I changed alot in this recipe and it turned out sooooo good. I steamed the asparagus, used spring greens salad mix, and parmesean seasoned almond slices, also I added some tomatoes, salt and pepper. OMG it was delicous. I thought only having lemon juice and olive oil as a dressing would be bland, but not at all. Thank You I will defintely be making this again :)
