I've made this before - but as a layered bar where after the crumb crust is made, you just dump the remaining ingredients on the crust in order. It's so much easier than trying to spread the gooey coconut mixture and chocolate. Same great taste - only easy!

Baked Seafood Au Gratin

This is great! A bit of trouble but a nice dish. Served up in my 'fish-shaped' baking dish, it's a great presentation for company!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Awesome cornbread. Tastes great, stays together. Even my NC native husband said it's better than he was raised with! We baked it in an iron skillet like his mama did... [We did cut the sugar a tad]

Crab Stuffed Flounder

Prepared almost exactly as written and it was beautiful, delicious, and EASY! I really wanted to get my camera it was so attractive! (I did add a half dozen or so shrimp that I had in the freezer which I cut in 1/2 inch slices that added some color and I used fresh parsley.)
