Elegant Pork Loin Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
i wish i could give this 10 stars.. it was sooo good.. i ended having to change the fruit to pineapples and craisins as that is all i had but it still was every bit delicious! i'm thinking about making this again tonight because the whole loin got gobbled down last night!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
this was so good and simple. i put em in frozen first thing in the morning and just let them go on low for about 9 hours.. paired it up wiht the octoberfest potato salad.. put it on a bun with a slice of cheese and red onion.. too good! thanks for the great recipe.. also.. i used cattlemans bbq sauce.. whichi really don't like much as a dipping sauce but it actually worked well as the sauce for this recipe.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
This is a really great way to prepare chops. The only thing i changed was i cut out the onion as they upset my hubby's stomach and just used onion salt instead.

Slow Cooker Reuben Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
This is a gr8 recipe. I did take someones advise to use mozzorella in it as well as the swiss as you can never put too much cheese in any recipe!!! it was absolutely delicious .. oh and DO NOT use canned corned beef.. it's just as nasty as spam.. I used deli corned beef and it turned out great!

Best Hot Crab Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
I feel bad for giving this recipe such a poor rating but it was just not for me. I really feel bad for wasting the lump crab meat my father hand picked and froze for me. Here's the thing. I love crab. I love the way it tastes and when I eat something with crab, I want crab to be the primary taste in the dish. The garlic, capers, and saltiness just totally took away from crab. I actually felt very dehydrated after eating it.. This dip just wasn't for us.

This is really good. My husband loved it! said it was the best pork loin he's ever tasted!! I followed everything except I used this Cranberry/Apple jam I received as a Christmas gift.. served it with jellied cranberry on the side, mashed potatoes and green beans.. Absolutely delicious...

Strawberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2008
this was the best best (did i mention best?!) cheesecake! followed everything as directed and it turned out absolutely delish.. one thing i added was just a little sugar to the strawberry sauce reserved for using on finished cheesecake because i like it sweet.. I got compliments on it and it got ate up.. you can really tell the difference between store bought and this recipe.. so much better..

Very Easy Shrimp Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
I'm giving this recipe 5 stars for a few reasons. It is sooo easy to make.. i think it took me about 5 whole minutes. It's a great seafood dip for a fraction of the cost of some other seafood dips we love such as crab dip but it is just as good. Everybody loved it and ate it up. Already planning on using for my next party..

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2008
This is sooo delicious. I used the chicken for the Simple, Classic Chicken Potpie recipe and it was soooo yummy. The chicken was very moist and I literally could have just sat there and ate just chicken for a meal it was so good and yet so simple to make. I had to make one adjustment to the recipe though.. I did not have onion powder so I ended up using a packet of the dry onion soup mix which still worked out great.

Simple, Classic Chicken Potpie

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2008
Wow.. this is really the best chicken potpie. I followed everything the recipe called for except I sauteed the celery and onions in my drippings from the chicken I roasted..(I used the Juicy Roasted Chicken recipe which I really think made a HUGE difference.. the chicken was phenomenal).. I ended up doubling everything up and freezing the other two pies.. I gave the one pie to my sister-in-law and brother who just had a baby...can't wait to eat em again!
