Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

These were fantastic! I was looking for just this type of recipe to bake instead of fry. The only thing I did differently was to chill the cakes for a couple of hours before baking. Soooo good!

Kentucky Style Fried Green Tomatoes

Delicious! My family loves 'em! This is the kind of fried green tomatoes I was raised on in Virginia. I agree that the only way to really appreciate this Southern side dish is to use bacon grease.

This will be a Christmas morning tradition for our family. I followd the directions, but only baked for 50 minutes (see previous reviews for this recipe). The next time I made it, I used six eggs and use regular bulk sausage. My family loves it!

Honey Baked Chicken II

I have always used honey and butter when baking a whole chicken, but the addition of curry and musturd gives it a nice change! My daughter loved it!

Grape Salad
