Potato Cheese Casserole

This was awesome, and everyone absolutley loved it. I added a 1/4 cup of bacon bits, but otherwise made it just as it was written. I almost didn't choose this recipe though as the current picture looks very unappetizing. How does one go about changing the picture?

Make sure parmesan cheese is room temperature before baking otherwise it just becomes all crusty and not melty. In other words if you refrigerate it for later baking, add the cheese/panko mixture to the top just before baking.

My Country Style Steak

Tender Pork Spare Ribs

Didn't use the rub in this recipe, but did follow everything else to the letter - the beer mixture for cooking and the cooking method. Came out super moist and fall off the bone juicy! Will make ribs this way all the time in the future.
