My family loves this as a comfort food and the smell in my kitchen is amazing. When I bring it for Potlucks, it never fails to amaze!

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
I don't even like soup and I LOVED THIS...I only had one Tablespoon of Turkey Soup base, so I used that and added a touch more salt. I also added cream of chicken soup as a thickener. I'm officially addicted! While the broth was heating up, I put a single chicken breast in the broth to cook. Then added the veggies after a bit. I used the one chicken breast as the chopped chicken and it was enough. I also used the full amount of lemon juice and it was the perfect lemony flavor.

Chicken Marsala with Portobello Mushrooms

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
AMAZING! I omitted the browning sauce, and I browned garlic cloves with the mushrooms (like 7-10 cloves). I also use cooking marsala wine...and anyway it's simply FABULOUS, I'm addicted to Macaroni Grill's Chicken Marsala, and this is the ONLY recipe I've found that even comes close. I also substituted White mushrooms instead of portobello ones, and didn't even notice any flavor difference!

Cocktail Meatballs I

My7 yr old daughter RAVED about this recipe...especially since it has such cool ingredient like Grape Jelly. Didn't have chili sauce so I used ketchup and chili powder. She requests this for dinner every night now.

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
I cut up the chicken as well, and didn't use the egg or marinate them. It's good, but the flavor is predictable and boring.

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2008
AMAZING!!!!!! I crave this soup all the time, and I HATE soup usually. I used potatoes and zucchini and carrots instead of broccoli. I also used Extra Chunky peanut butter. The textures were incredible. I tell people it has a "nut paste" in it when they ask.

One of the best!!!!! I cook this all the time. Better when served with jasmine coconut rice (look at the easy raspberry chicken recipe from this site for the rice recipe)

Gyros Burgers

AMAZING TASTE! AUTHENTIC!!! I shredded the onions so the meat would form better patties, and I also shaped them to fit in Pita Pocket Bread.

Easy Raspberry Chicken with Coconut Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2007
OMG OMG this was divine!! I read the "too vinegary" reviews and to avoid that problem, I let the chicken simmer until nearly all the liquid evaporated or was absorbed. And the Rice was DIVINE!!! I've never had such amazing tasting rice before!!! I served this with steamed broccoli that had been tossed with garlic butter.

Amazing Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2007
These are amazing! but the grill time on high is WAY too long...try 2 minutes on high or even one minute! Also for really authentic restaraunt taste, use the bottled bbq sauce sold by the restaraunt! Tony Roma's original sauce is my FAVE on these!

Kung Pao Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2007
Wonderful! Our family doesn't handle spicy too well, so I left out the paste, and cut back on the red pepper flakes, then I added peanut butter like another reviewer said, and it was amazing! I also substituted vinegar for the white wine.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2007
AMAZING! I've been *trying* for years to make this soup like the restraunts do! I prefer the egg ribbons to be larger and flatter, so next time I'll add a bit of flour to the beaten eggs before dropping them in.

Hawaiian Fried Won Tons

I LOVED this, but my daughter and hubby were less than thrilled, I won't put the oyster sauce in next time, and use sweet and sour sauce or pineapple juice instead.

Buttermilk Potato Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2007
I used celery salt instead of regular salt and added a tsp of onion powder and BAM! It's incredible!! I also used boneless/skinless breasts ponded flat instead of whole chicken pieces.
