About this Cook
My wife loves it when I make meals. We've been married for 5+ years. I started cooking the meals when my wife got pregnant and I loved doing it so much I keep going.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make soups especially ravioli soup, anything on the grill, pot roasts, and slow cooking. I need ideas to help me get started, so I spend time surfing all the time.
My favorite family cooking traditions
A meal with family and friends. It can be a summer cookout or a Christmas dinner. I love it when people like the food I have prepared.
My cooking triumphs
My first time making homemade spaghetti and sauce for a family dinner and everyone loved it.
My cooking tragedies
When I tried to make cannelloni from this site and it just didn't work and the only way I salvaged it was by turning it into lasagna so it came out quite good.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
this was awesome I did change slightly I butterflied boneless chops and seasoned with pepper, Italian seasoning and a little bit of Cajun seasoning covered with bacon cut into bits and then put cheese on top and then baked at 400 degrees for 25 minutes I may add some sliced apples under the cheese next time to give the sweet and savory.
