Apple and Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2008
Very good! Followed the recipe almost exact. I did use 6 chicken tenders instead which worked well because the sauce completely covered the chicken in in the oven (no chance of drying out). I added about a teaspoon of olive oil to the sauce, and sprinkled in some paprika. Served over long grain wild rice, SO YUMMY! The only suggestion I might might is to cut back just a little on the soy.

Pan-Fried Asparagus

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
I didn't use the exact measurments as I forgot to print off the recipe, but remembered the ingredients and sort of added as needed while cooking these. Awesome flavor, I only used a maybe 2 tablespoons of butter and that was MORE than enough! So good!

Peanut Butter Cup Grilled Sandwich

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
For some reason, I did not care for this recipe at all. The chocolate chip flavor was too strong and I even used less than the recipe asked for. Usually I love peanut butter/honey toast, and anything to do with chocolate, but after 2 bites I threw this away. Maybe I'm just weird! :]

Grilled Peaches and Cream

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
YUM! I made these last night, I didn't think, and forgot to brush the pit mark side of the peaches with oil, so had a little trouble tearing from the grill, but that was my own mistake. Before I put the peaches on the grill, I sprinkled the whole thing lightly was cinnamon sugar, and used only regular cream cheese, it was still amazing and only took about 10 minutes to make. Will definitely make again!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
SO good. Instead of using maple syrup I used regular syrup and just used a little more for the extra sweet. I pressed everything down before putting it in the frudge overnight so all the bread would be covered by the egg mixture and soak overnight. When I pulled it out the next morning I added more blueberries to the top. Syrup was EXCELLENT. I did only use 10oz of cream cheese and it was the perfect amount. We devoured this!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
SO easy to make and SO delicious! I was eating the stuffing out of the bowl before I even got to putting it in the mushrooms :] I didn't have any crushed red pepper on hand, so I sprinkled the tops with garlic powder, white pepper, paprika and ground black pepper. I was only making these for 2, so I bought about 15 small white mushrooms and still had a ton of the stuffing left over to freeze. Can't wait to pull it out again!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
YUM! For some reason my sauce was a little thick, I used 3 chicken breasts and there was enough sauce for the chicken, but found that it didn't coat all the noodles. I used penne noodles instead of angel hair pasta. I recommend doubling the sauce recipe, other than that the flavors were FANTASTIC! Thanks!

Awesome recipe! Followed exactly how the recipe read, made the dressing in advance while I had time and then tossed it all together right before dinner. Very light and sweet, great!

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
I made this last night, it was very good! I doubled the sauce for the recipe, which I recommend doing, and ended up using the smaller salad shrimp which was very good! Because I'm not a fan of spicy food, I only used 1/4 tsp of the red pepper, and that was perfect for me! Served over white rice, YUMMY!
