One Bowl Chocolate Fudge
About this Cook
I love to bake, but at this point in my life (as a poor college student) I cannot make this a number one priority.
My favorite things to cook
Cakes! I am vegan, though, so I'm open to any sort of new recipe that's veg-friendly. :-)
My favorite family cooking traditions
None yet.
My cooking triumphs
Made some orange-choco chip cookies for my friends. They thought I was crazy. Once they tried one (actually, once I stuffed them down their throats :D) they loved them!
My cooking tragedies
I have so many....lets try the time I made macaroni and cheese from scratch. The cheese sauce didn't come out as orange as I thought it should, so I kept adding more and more and more until it wasn't a sauce anymore. Needless to say, it was icky.

Dynamite Halibut
I did change a few things: I used vegenaise instead of mayonnaise, because I wanted to cut out dairy. I also used extra chili garlic sauce, and toasted the sesame seeds. Thrown on a bed of fresh arugula, it was one of the best meals I've had this month!

Pizza Dough I
Wow, I basically love the convenience of this recipe. I'm vegan, too, so I'm really glad that I can actually make my own pizza now! I'm really grateful for the versatility of this pizza dough, too. Most of the time I make actual pizza, by adding tomato sauce and veggies and spices, but sometimes I add a little melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon as a treat. ;-)
