Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I used whole wheat flour instead of white, decreased the cocoa powder by a bit, and used dark chocolate chips mixed with semi-sweet, but my boyfriend has declared these the best cookies that I've ever made. Great recipe!

Black Chocolate Cake

Awesome cake! Used applesauce in place of the shortening and the cake came out deliciously moist still. The boyfriend says, "Feel free to make this cake whenever you want."

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Everybody loved it! It turned out very moist and delicious-- I made two loaves and 12 muffins. The muffins cooked for about 20 minutes, and the loaves cooked for a little over an hour. The only change I made was to add a splash of vanilla.
