Delicious! I've made this twice, the first time, I used someone's suggestion to used applesauce instead of half of the oil, it turned out just a little flat, wasn't sure why, but still good. The second time, I only needed a small cake, so I halved the recipe (used all ingredients as written), and used a small round springform pan. It turned out wonderful! I used the original amount of frosting though, and put a layer of frosting in the middle of the cake as well... I also mixed in walnuts and raisins into the frosting, YUM!
