Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2007
This recipe was delicious. I used regular bone-in pork chops and it still turned out great! I didn't have any pecans on hand, so I used walnuts instead. Thanks for a great recipe. I will definitely make it again!

Apricot-Glazed Spareribs

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2007
The pork turned out very dry and you could not really taste the glaze on the pork after it was grilled. I will use a different recipe for spareribs in the future.

Fruit Pizza I

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2006
Great recipe. I made this recipe for my sister's baby shower and it was a big hit. Several people asked for the recipe. One suggestion I had would be to make sure you use flour while spreading the dough on the pan. The dough is fairly sticky and it is easier to work with when you have flour to work it around with. And for the topping, I used 1/2 cup of powdered sugar instead of regular granulated sugar--it was not as grainy this way. I also stirred in an 8 oz package of Cool whip after I creamed together the sugar and cream cheese to make the topping a little thicker.

Brazilian Lemonade

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2006
I found this recipe because my husband and I loved a brazilian lemonade that we would always get at this Brazilian Restaurant that we love. This recipe tasted exactly the same as the drink we love at that restaurant. We are having some friends over for Easter this year and we are planning on serving this along with dinner. Thanks so much for this recipe!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2005
This recipe was delicious. I cut the recipe in half and it made 1 large loaf of bread plus 6 muffins. I added chopped walnuts to the bread as well as some chocolate chips and it turned out especially yummy! Thanks for a great recipe. I will definitely make this again!

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2005
Really enjoyed this recipe. It was great to come home from work to a nice hot meal. Like others suggested, I used less bread crumbs--I used about 1/2 c. to 3/4 c. I also added some green bell peppers to add some more flavor to the sauce. I used ground turkey to make it a more low fat meal. I cooked the meatballs for about 10 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees so they wouldn't fall apart. But, with all of these adjustments it turned out great. Oh, and I also added some seasonings to give the sauce a little more zip. Thanks Hunnie0913 for this recipe. I will be sure to use it again!

French Herb Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2005
I loved this recipe. I made lasanga for dinner and invited some people over and they loved the bread as well. I tweaked the recipe a little. I didn't quite add 1/2 cup of onion, and I used 2 cloves of garlic instead of one to give it some added garlic flavor. I also added some rosemary garlic seasonings that I had on hand. I used 4 T. of butter instead of 2 T. because it didn't spread over the entire rolled out dough. I also added some parmesan cheese. It was gone in 1 day! Next time I will try adding mozzarella cheese! Thanks for the great recipe.
