Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2012
My family loves these! Since my husband hates dried fruit, I just leave them out. Sometimes, I adjust the recipe to include some pecan or almond meal (as a sub for the ground walnuts), and I use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. My husband always wants to eat 4 at a time! Thank you!

Rosemary Mashed Potatoes and Yams

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2011
I love this recipe! I make it every year for Thanksgiving, as my family always requests it. I usually keep half the recipe at home, as my sister will always take any leftovers from the meal. Thanks!

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2011
This recipe was so easy! I just used a regular non-stick saucepan, and it came out great. It came out so well without the suggestions. I had my 2 sticks of butter at room temperature (by my own forgetfulness), which might have helped the cooking process. I tweaked the chocolate addition to incorporate a mix of dark chocolate and vanilla candy wafers, and it's delicious! I have to resist the temptation of eating it all in one sitting. I think will try using different nuts next time.

Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
The recipe was good. It was a bit too sour for my taste, so I would probably add another 1 or 2 peppers to get more of the pepper flavor. Additionally, I had to figure out on my own what temperature and for how long to roast the peppers in the oven. I went for about 400 at about 30-45 minutes. Overall, I think I'll keep this recipe in my arsenal. Thanks!
