Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

As a person who loves a hamburger, I've slowly grown to love turkey burgers. I find all kinds of seasonings to add to them. I prefer Goya because it's full of flavor and you don't have to use a lot of it. Sometimes I'll just use S&P, onion & garlic powder. Turkey burgers are great because they don't have to be cooked as long as beef.

Mom's Best Pork Chops

Quite tasty. I opted not to use a lot of salt since my crackers are salted. I added some parsley flakes to the seasoning mix just for a little color. My chops are thin cut so 45 mins in the oven would turn them into jerky. I browned on the stove then popped them in the oven for 15 mins. Yummy. Nice alternative for chops.

Cornish Game Hens with Rice Stuffing

The hen was terrific. I used Uncle Ben's wild rice. It came with an herb seasoning so I bypassed the bouillon cube and salt in the recipe. It was terrific. In my opinion having the bouillon cube and salting the hen is too much salt for me. I just put salt on the hen and it was just fine.

Snow Day French Toast

Fantastic. I never thought about using english muffins instead of regular bread. This was a great idea. It's Christmas morning but now snow. I'm enjoying my english muffin french toast and a lovely mimosa!

Lobster Mornay Sauce

I've made this sauce many times and each time it turns out great. To the other folks that said it had no taste and they had to throw it out, maybe you should try seasoning the food. As Emeril would say "I don't know where you buy your food, but mine doesn't come seasoned." Sometimes you have to adjust a recipe for your own taste buds.
