Easy OREO Truffles

These are awesome, I made a ton of sweets this holiday season and these were by-far the favorite. I have no suggestions for improvement, they're perfect the way they are. Follow the recipe EXACTLY and you're set.

Double Chocolate Mint Cookies

These have an AMAZING texture. I use half the butter. As a variation, I used half the mint extract and used mint chips instead of chocolate (their green color is more festive for Christmastime). Great recipe!

So delicious, honestly I wouldn't change a thing and agree with most of the other reviewers, the fresh pumpkin (I used the boiling method) truly makes a difference!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

This is really easy to make and completely awesome. I love cream cheese frosting, but find that it's usually too rich, but this is seriously perfect. It's great on red velvet cupcakes!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

This is a great recipe. I frosted them with a whipped cream cheese frosting (recipe from allrecipes). They only thing I didn't like was the amount of red food coloring required, I scaled back a bit and they still had a nice red hue. I guess it depends on how important the final color is to you— they are red velvet afterall. Very delicious for sure!

Macadamia Raspberry White Chocolate Cookies

These were tasty, but the texture was a little gummy and (as others have noted) the cookies can turn green during the baking, which isn't fun to explain to people. I even added a little red food coloring to counteract it, but to no avail. If you're up for experimenting, I would find a way to add the jam post-baking, or perhaps (if it exists) using some sort of raspberry flavoring or extract instead.

Pumpkin Fudge

I, like so many others followed the recipe exactly and wound up with a mushy, sticky, paste-like substance. It was a shame because the taste was really good. If yours ends up this way you can re-heat it to make it a bit more fluid and put it on ice cream.
