Italian Dressing Mix
This was pretty good. I halved the salt, and it was still pretty salty when mixed as a dressing. Next time I may sub garlic powder for the garlic salt and I think that'll make it just right. I used celery seed instead of celery salt because that's what I have. All in all it's a pretty tasty mix, without any extra chemical that is in the store bought mixes, and it's way cheaper. Thanks for a good recipe!

Awesome Egg Salad with a Kick
This is pretty good. A little mustardy, so I may decrease that a little bit. Definitely taste it before you add salt, mine didn't need any at all. For those looking for a way to make eggs peel better, after they're cooked, drain off the hot water, then cover them with ice water and let sit for 20-30 minutes. Drain off all but a couple inches of water, put a lid on the pan, then shake it vigorously for a minute. Add a little more cold water and let them sit another 20-30 minutes. The peels come right off.

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
These burgers are awesome!! We usually get more like 6-8 burgers, rather than 4. I use regular black olives instead of kalamata's, only because I usually have them. They really don't need any more seasoning than what is called for, but we like garlic or onion in them sometimes. Wonderful family favorite. Thanks so much for the recipe!!
