Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
This is a fantastic recipe and has made its way into our regular meal rotation. What we like about it the most is the flexibility. I want to begin by saying that I am not a big rosemary fan, however this recipe has the right combination of flavors that it satisfies both the rosemary lovers and those who aren't quite sure about it. The first time we made this, we made 3 batches: 1) using the recipe as written for the chicken kabobs (marinated for 5 hours), 2) omitted the vinegar and marinated vegetables (portobello, zucchini, bell peppers, onions) for 1 hour, 3) omitted the vinegar and worcestershire and used as dressing for tossed salad. I can't wait to try more variations. This is a "winner winner chicken dinner"!!
