Chicken Continental

This was SO yummy! I didnt have enough rice so i didnt add as much water. Also, i used frozen (tried to defrost a little) chicken brests and cut them in half. i didnt have parsley but i did have garlic power. I sprinkled it on the chicken as it was browning and it absorbed the flavor. Also, i didnt use cream of chicken i used cream of mushroom and it was SO good! Chicken was so moist!

Vegan Mac and No Cheese

SUPER yummie! I have been vegetarian for 5 years (recently started to eat chicken :( ) but I am lactose intolerant and considering mac and cheese is my favorite dish EVER, this totally hits the spot. The cashews provide a TON of protine (and fat :( ) and the yeast adds yummie cheese flavor. I added in a teaspoon of chili powder for some more flavor and it was good. I also cook in mushrooms with the onions. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!

Applesauce Noodle Kugel

This was pretty good. I thought it was more dinner recipe but it was VERY dessert style. It was super yummie. I then substituted some butter and cream cheese for lowfat alternatives and it was still good.

Baked Dijon Salmon

AMAZING! I followed some of the advice on here and I didn't use the parsley or the bread crumbs. All i did was rinse the salmon then put it on the baking sheet. i spread the mustard mix on both sides and sprinkled the top with pecans and baked for about 20 mins. EVERYONE LOVED IT!!!!!

Blueberry Cream Muffins

This was super yummie! I did 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar. I also added frozen blueberries (didnt measure it out) and my batter turned purple! They didn't turn out purple though. I will def. be making these again and experimenting with different addins :)

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

This recipe was amazing!!! I made it for 8 people and there was enough left over (eventhough we all had big portions). I am kinda a health nut so i altered: used 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt and 1/2 cup low fat sour cream instead of 1 cup of butter i used 1/2 cup "canola oil" butter spread. added tiny bit of sugar Came out perfect!!!! yummie!!!
