Pumpkin Zucchini Bread
This recipe is wonderful. I didn't have the canned pumpkin, so I subbed in 1c sweet potato that I baked in the microwave. It turned out great, and my kids loved it.

Blueberry Sauce
I've followed similar recipes for cranberry sauce, but never thought to use blueberries! Wonderful. I didn't have any oj, so subbed in lemonade, and it was fantastic.

A Jerky Chicken
This chicken is ideal in burritos. Combine with a little rice, black beans, monterey jack and mango salsa, and you have a heavenly meal.
