Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2005
This was delicious! I don't even really like pork, but this was great. The mushroom really enhanced the taste. I made this dish with steamed cauliflower instead of potatoes and it was a hit. Great home-cooking!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2005
This was a very good recipe and I got no complaints from guests. But personally, I agree with another reviewer. It was very rich and a little bland. The richness would be okay if it had a little more flavor that you'd expect from an enchilada dish. I dashed some chili powder over mine which was a great improvement. I definately suggest spunking this up with a little taco seasoning or chili powder. I served this with peas & rice I seasoned with a chicken bullion granules and spicy black bean dip.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2005
This is by FAR, the best sausage and pepper recipe ever! I only had yellow and red peppers, with the red onions this dish looked beautiful. I served with extra parm cheese over penne. Mmmm. My BF had thirds. Thank you, Gigi.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2005
AMAZING! I made a few changes that may help those lacking ingredients like I did. Instead of wine, I used beer. I used veggie cream cheese and then sprinkled with chives. I only had plain condensed mushroom soup and I reduced the baking time by 20 min's. This was more than enough time for the meat too cook and also left it tender. I was nervous about the changes but this dish was perfect! I look forward to cooking this over and over again with new alterations each time! A++++++

Fried Cabbage II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2006
Very good. I added more water throughout cooking so that it wouldn't stick and burn and added extra pepper and some corriander(I need a lot of flavor and tasting it was just a tad bland with just salt and pepper). The end product was delicious. Thank you for the recipe!

Low-Carb Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2006
Wow! Pleasantly surprised. My boyfriend, who is on a low-carb diet, loved it! I found it is easy to swirl the chocolate if you spoon it over the cheesecake in a zigzag pattern. While doing so dip the spoon halfway into the cheese batter. Then take a knife and run a zigzag in the opposite direction.
