Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
This is a great recipe. Simple and fast with only a few ingredients. My wife and daughter don't like lamb so I made it for them with salmon instead and they loved it.

Chateaubriand
Chateaubriand is a classic french dish. This is not it. Do not be misled, while you may or may not like the recipe it is not Chateaubriand. If you would like to try the real thing, you won't be disappointed. While the recipe may vary, the basics of this dish are a pan seared centercut tenderloin cut into filets after cooking served with a Tarragon Bernaise sauce. Anything else is not Chateaubriand.

Garlic Prawns
Great recipe. I've tried it multiple times and everybody loves it. I do triple the Garlic, but thats just because I am a Garlic lover. There are lots of good prawn recipes but not alot of great ones. This one is a keeper in my recipe box.
