Venison Italian Soup

The flavor in this is really great. My only problem was the consistancy. I prefer a more brothy soup. I added about 3 cups of extra broth, omitted the green beans, carrots, and zucchini, and it was STILL as thick as chili. Next time I'll have to use even more broth and less noodles.

Pan Seared Red Snapper

I don't know if it's just that I don't like this fish, but I really disliked this dish. I literally took one bite and stopped there. I'm typically a seafood LOVER, fish of all kinds.

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

With a couple of alterations I really loved this recipe. I used Hunt's Classic Italian Spaghetti Sauce, a 26.5 oz can. I used amost all of it in the stuffing but saved about a half cup to put in the bottom of the baking dish. I also used instant brown rice and turkey burger instead. I cooked it just the way the recipe called for and they turned out AMAZING! Definitely putting this one in the recipe box:)

Thai Curry Tofu

I was sure I was going to love this while I was cooking it because it smelled so wonderful. I added extra salt and garlic because I like stronger flavors, however, it was still really bland for me. Something is missing. It has potential but I'm not a good enough cook to figure out what it's missing!

Basil Goat Cheese Pizza

Loved it. I had to add some mozerella cheese too because I didn't have enough goat cheese. I also had to use spaghetti sauce and a store bought pizza crust. It all tasted great though!!
