These were bland, they need some seasoning in them, maybe italian seasoning blend or parmesan cheese on top, i don't know. I recommend you cut them in more than 4 , otherwise they'd be doughy inside. Rolling these suckers was kind of hard but it can be done if you keep the seams from opening (the diagonal crescent cuts). I froze the logs and it was easy to cut them with a sharp knife. I used wet toothpicks to keep them from opening up. The sauce was definitely necessary.
