Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

SO tasty! I used Nilla wafers instead of graham crackers. I've made this dish twice now and it's been a huge hit both times!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Mmm, this is a great recipe! The marinade keeps the chicken very moist and it has a nice flavor.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
This soup was very good - I did make a few minor changes though. I used about 1/3 of the butter the recipe calls for and actually used a hand-mixer in the pot to puree tomatoes, rather than transferring to a processor and back into the pot. I think next time I might use a little less heavy cream as well. All in all though, this was very tasty! I will definitely make it again.

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2006
I have made this marinade with beef as well, and it is really good either way. This has become a favorite in our household! I usually add a bit more lime and a bit more vinegar just because I like things to be very tangy. The original recipe is fabulous too though!

Berry Lemon Mousse Parfait

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2006
So light, so tasty!! I made this in small dessert wine glasses for a brunch I threw and actually used raspberries with the lemon mousse rather than strawberries & blueberries. It was amazing and all of the glasses were totally empty by the time we were done!

Poppy Seed Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2006
These were good, although a bit salty. I didn't make the glaze to go with them, which might have helped mask the saltiness. I think next time I would definitely cut back on the amount of salt, but I will definitely try them again.

German Baby

Reviewed: May 15, 2006
MMMM! I used to eat this at a friend's house when I was little. We called it "baby dutch," but it is the same delicious dish. I like to squeeze fresh lime or lemon juice over the top before sprinkling the powdered sugar on for a bit of a kick.
