Bob's Slow Cooker Braciole
I have enjoyed all the changes to my recipe. the easiest way to start the flank steak is to have the butcher run it through a tenderizer twice, then add kosher salt and cracked pepper to both sides and pound in with a meat mallet. Add what you want, roll, tie,and sear then drop in your slow cooker with your marinara.... Enjoy

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce
outstanding! I add a little cayenne pepper and increased the hot sauce a bit and reduced the liquid smoke a little. so,from a master griller and pit master, I thank you.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
The best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had. I thought the dough was great and I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet. I recommend using "Gherardelli chips". Your cookies are only as good as the ingredients you choose.
