Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Very good recipe!! As per other suggestions, I wrapped the bacon around the chicken first...which held together nicely. Also, I didn't have lemon pepper...but i did have lemon & herb seasoning, which worked very well. Will definitely make again!

Potato Chips

These were...okay. VERY easy to make which is great. I had a hard time determining the length to cook them. I burnt quite a few of them. lol Definitely not a recipe you want to make for a large group, as they do take some time to make them.

Sweet Onion BBQ Burgers

Onion Bake

This recipe is amazing!!! I dislike onions....I NEVER eat them, but another reviewer stated that even people who don't like onions will like this -- so I took a chance. I'm SO glad that I did !! I've already made them 3 times and tonite will be the 4th!

Carrot Cake with PHILLY Cream Cheese Icing

I followed this recipe word for word. First of all, it stuck to my pans. Once I finally got it out, it was a little too sweet for me and really had no flavor at all. The icing was a basic cream cheese icing, so it was good....hence the ONE star...but the cake was bland and boring. I will NOT make this recipe again.

Beefy Biscuit Cups

These were very easy and quick to make. I did take the advise of another member and used pizza sauce. I also added a few mushrooms and pepperoni. I put a bit of cheese in the middle as well. Very Tasty -- will definitely make again!!

Blueberry Pigs

This recipe was.....okay. I took the advice of another user and used the pre-made dough -- this could have been why i didn't like it so much. It was an easy idea, but the blueberries gave me issues....again, if I had used regular dough, might have been easier. The taste was good though....like a blueberry pie!! Only 3 stars....but I'll try it again, and use my own pie crust and give another review!

Most Excellent Sandwich

Very Easy and Fast - not to mention delicious! I used herb and garlic cream cheese instead of plain, used focaccia bread instead of wh.wheat. Definitely a must try !!!

Easy Steak Sandwich

Fast and Easy!!! I thought these sandwiches were great...but I did make quite a few changes. I used leftover steak. Used havarti cheese. Focaccia bread and omitted the peppers. Beyond that....amazing!

Chicken Ranch Pizza with Bacon

This pizza was amazing!!!! I added a little extra cheese than suggested. I used the mozza-cheddar blend as well. Other than that....this recipe is a definite keeper!!

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

I liked the idea of this recipe but I only gave it a 4 star because I changed it considerably. I cooked the beef with taco seasoning and salsa. Then I cooked the rice with the tom. soup and water together on its own. Put it all together in a casserole dish, topped with cheese and broiled for 5 minutes - just so the cheese melted. Added some sour cream and green onion on top. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!

Savory Beef Stew

Made a few revisions...but overall it was amazing! Instead of bacon - I had ham. No marjoram - I had rosemary. Forgot the garlic powder. other than those few things....it was perfect on a cold night. VERY tasty!!!!

Almond Chicken Salad

This salad was amazing!!! I used to get a salad like this at a restaurant and they stopped making it. This one is EVEN BETTER !!! I had this as a meal and it was more than enough. Only change I made...was that I didn't add peas - my son won't eat them!

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

This is probably one of the best carrot cakes I've ever made!!! Very moist and flavourful. The icing was amazing, but it made alot more than I needed. I shredded some white chocolate and sprinkled it on top. Have been asked to make this again for a wedding cake!

Luscious Chicken Pot Pie

This dish was fast and easy to make!! Tasted great!! I added some onion and mushrooms into mine, just for a bit more taste. Mixed in 1/4 cup of ketchup into the chicken as well to add a bit of a kick to it. Will definitely make this again!
