You have to let this sit for 24 hours or more so that the lady fingers absorb the liquid from the mascarpone filling. I tried to serve it after 8 hours and it was runny. The next day it setup perfect! Also, I did not leave the ladyfingers soak very long.

Stewed Vegetables and Ham Soup

Took the advice of other reviewers added more vegetables and I added quinoa (grain that is full of protein) to thicken it. I will make this again.

Onion Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Excellent dish. Took the advice of one rater. Put all ingredients in a gallon plastic bag, sealed it and let it sit until ready for use.. The onions become soft and did not burn. Also, I cooked at 350 degrees and it worked out fine.
