Made this for a card party and it was a big hit. I didn't find Pico de Gallo seasoning till later so I also used salsa and added green onions and 2 cloves of fresh garlic. I was to die for.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This recipe was delicious. I did change some things: I browned the chicken before placing it in the crockpot and I added onions and celery and used broth to replace the water.I did cook the biscuits longer than directed.

Gooey Butter Cake I

This is a great cake, I double the cream cheese and put it in a larger pan so the crust is thinner. Very tasty.

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls

These are delicious but I didn't mix the sugar and butter. I just melted butter,brushed it on and sprinkled the cinnamon and suger. My mother even loves these and she thinks only German recipes are good!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Christmas Logs

Amaretto Cream Cake

This cake was delicious, but after reading the reviews I changed some of the recipe. I doubled the apricots and used less Amaretto which wasn't necessary, the extra apricots could handle the Amaretto. I would also put some frosting on the layers with the apricots or use less powdered sugar because it was alot of icing.

Chocolate Fudge Pound Cake

This is the best cake. All my friends love it. I have tried other flavors of cake and frosting and they're all good. You must grease the pan very well. I also sometimes add chocolate chips and walnuts.
