I am a very private person, I like to help other people, if they don't have much in the way of food, I will bake them up some type of quick breads, regular yeast bread, and/ or casserole dishes. home-made mac & cheese, lasagna with green chilis & chili pepper in it, cakes, coffeecakes, and cookies, & quick breads, & regular bread. Every year around the holidays, I like to bake all different kinds of cookies, & cinnamon-raisin bread. I love to bake carrot cakes, & cheesecakes, they are so yummy!!! I also bake our own bread, atleast most of the time. I have thrown out about 7 loaves of banana bread because when I took them out of the oven, they sunk right in the middle, & I couldn.t figure out why??? until I just replaced my all purpose flour, & then I learned something, I can't keep my flour for too long, if I do, I have to put it into the fridge.
