Chocolate Chip Cookies
Coconut Biscottis
About this Cook
I am 15 years old and began baking with my babysitter around the age of 5. Ever since I have been baking and cooking a variety of foods.
My favorite things to cook
Any kind of dessert, pasta dishes, salads, pork,
My favorite family cooking traditions
I have taken over my mom's job and become the "baker of the family!" I will bake a dessert for pretty much every special event, or whenever I just get bored!
My cooking triumphs
No matter what I make my family will always finish it up in only about a day or two! Everybody loves my desserts and are always asking me to make more! They even help me to find more recipes! One year I decided to enter my choclate chip cookies in the town fair and I got 1st agaist all the other submissions, some even were from adults! Ever since then I have done the same, so far three times in a row!
My cooking tragedies
haha well.... One time I was baking some cookies, and I was adding the flour when I had to answer the phone. When I got back and continued baking, I thought I had put all of the flour in that was needed before I left, so I continued with the other ingredients. It wasn't until the cookies were finished baking that I realized I had only put 1 cup of flour in instead of 2! However, surprisingly they were still eatable!

Chewy Noels
These turned out very very sweet and gooey with hard edges. Perhaps if I make these again I will use more flour with a lower temperature and longer cooking time.

Canadian Butter Tarts
These were excellent! However I added about a 1/4 cup of flour to the tart mixture and they turned out delicious! For sure a keeper.

Chicken Casserole Mississippi
Although I only used about 2 pounds of chicken, I found this a great, and filling meal.
