This was great! I added onions too. I think the key is using quality balsamic vinegar.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2014
This was great after I followed a few suggestions by others. I added corn, black beans, extra chili powder, cumin, cilantro, and coriander. I wish I would have had an extra can of tomatoes to add so I'll have to try that next time.

Flourless Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2013
I followed MommyFrom Seattle's recommendations. That made it delicious! Kkip the cocoa and use all chocolate bars. I've made this many times and find that using cocoa gave the cake a grittier, more brownie-like texture. So I now use 2 full bars of Ghiradelli Bittersweet Chocolate (8 oz. total) or use one bar Bittersweet and one bar semi-sweet and skip the cocoa powder completely (ADD 8-10 min. cooking time). I still use the same amount of sugar. Using ALL chocolate bars gives this a silkier texutre not to mention a stronger chocolate flavor. Serve with fresh sliced strawberries or raspberries or vanilla ice cream and a dusting of powdered sugar for a dessert made for company. Tried it with Satiny Chocolate glaze and it was great!

This was OK. I added 4 oz cream cheese but the sweetened condensed milk added a different texture and flavor.

Spicy Mexican Style Zucchini Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2012
I followed another reviewer and used 2 garlic cloves instead of the garlic salt. I used 1/8 tsp. of cayenne pepper and cut the recipe in half since it's just my husband and me and there was still more than half leftover. I also subbed black beans for the pinto beans. My husband doesn't like typically like vegetarian dishes but gave this 4 stars.
