Mary's Cheesecake
I followed this recipe exactly, except using a 10 inch pan instead of a 9 inch pan. The texture was great, and would have been perfect if I had baked it less time. Mine got a little dark on top and drier because of that. I wonder if this was due to all my ingredients being absolute room temperature and not the least bit cold. (?) If I make this again, I'll shorten the cook time by 10-15 minutes. The taste was good, but I like my cheesecakes with just a little more citrus flavor. This recipe was easy to follow and certainly better than most I've tried.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I followed this recipe exactly, but did not make the taco seasoning mix recommended in the first review. I used taco seasoning from the pack. My family enjoyed this soup and it was very easy to put together. The entire seven hours of cooking were required to mesh the flavors. I will make this again, however, I will use chicken broth next time instead of beer. The beer gave it an "off" taste that didn't quite belong.

Linda's Lasagna
My entire family loved this lasagna, agreeing that it was the best we had eaten. I did wish I had a bit more sauce, but everyone else disagreed with me and said it was perfect as it was. We'll be using the recipe often!
