About this Cook
I am currently a student and have just got accepted to nursing school. Although i always wanted to ne a pastry chef. I decided aganist it due to the 80 to 100 hours a week on the job. No Thanks! I would rather keep baking as a hobby.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake anything and everything.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Apple pie and cinnamon pastry rolls
My cooking triumphs
I have recently conquered homemade cheescake and I am now working on Italian cookies. If anyone has good recipes for Italian cookies like the pinka nd green leaves. That would be great!
My cooking tragedies
I recently tried to make homemade almond paste and that was a disaster. I think i will stick to buying it at the grocery store.

Lemon Orzo Primavera
Very family loved it! Although next time i would just cut down on the amount of thyme. I would probably use 1/2 T instead but very easy and quick to make.

Squash Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This recipe was a great winter meal. I used butternut squash instead of acorn squash and it was great. the only suggestion i have it to probably add more diced squash to the stuffing.

Baked Potato Soup V
This recipe was amazing! it was the perfect consistency just like the restaurants. My whole family loved it. I made a double batch and only put in one can of evaporated milk and it still was creamy and just thick enough. Great recipe for those cold nights!
