Bread Machine Rolls

Just delicious. Frankly I eat them like brioche. Hubby prefers them when to make sandwiches. I forgot to add oil in the dough and it was still delicious so I'm gonna keep it fat free from now on.

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
Delicious... extremly flavorful. I used half the puff pastry as suggested and still had some trouble finishing my plate... That's still a lot of puff pastry!! Maybe next time I'll use some brick pastry instead.

I was very disappointed with this recipe... did not like the yellow cake mix taste. I'll stick with the regular pecan pie from now on.

If you like chocolate pecan pie then it's the best recipe ever. It's very thick and gooey and OH SO easy to make !! I prefer the plain pecan pie but my dad loved it... huge sunday dinner success. Thx for the recipe.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

It was good, but not as I thaught it would be. Of course I'm not a huge lemon fan so it's not very surprising. I think my husband will love it thaugh.

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
I do agree with everybody else, this recipe is VERY VERY good. I added more chicken broth, 1/2 cup marsala wine, and only 2 TS of heavy cream. I served it with spinach tagliatelle and it was delicius. I thaught the sauce was a bit too salty for my taste so I omited the salt in the pasta water and it turned out great ! Thanks for sharing.

Delicious ! I ate those muffins with apple butter and it was perfect. Only thing I did was cutting down the sugar (only used a bit more than half a cup)like I usually do, and I shouldn't have ! It was not as sweet as I would have liked... my bad!

Orange Oatmeal Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2008
not bad... not as good as I thaught it would be. I used more orange juice and still the taste was too mild for me. I think you should also reduce the sugar quantity. It will do good for breakfast with tea though.
