Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
Perfect recipe, a real success last saturday night. My friends loved it and left with the recipe. As suggested, I used less mayo and a bit more cream. Also used Ricotta instead of cream cheese (healthier).

Raspberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
Very good muffins. I only used this half cup of sugar and they were perfect & not too sweet. great consistancy. I omited the almond and vanilla extract and used 2ts of matcha green tea. I also did as suggested and didn't fold the raspberries directly into the batter, I just put them between two layers of batter... yummy!

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
Delicious bread. I only used half of the ingredients and used my bread machine. The result is outstanding. My starter was too young (only 7 days) so I expect the sour taste will get better with time.

Onion, Garlic, Cheese Bread

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
I used fresh onions and it was good... think to add more flour if you do the same. I did not like the consistancy though. I won't use dry milk next time, just water, and less margerine and it will probably taste better... for me anyway.

Very moist with a good flavor. I did make some changes too : only 1/4 cup of butter, added a 1/4 cup apple sauce and used only 3/4 cup of sugar, also added some cinnamon... of course !

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2008
It was good. Living in France I used Dijon mustard which I believe is much stronger. I think this recipe is better once cold, in a sandwich for exemple.

Orange Oatmeal Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2008
not bad... not as good as I thaught it would be. I used more orange juice and still the taste was too mild for me. I think you should also reduce the sugar quantity. It will do good for breakfast with tea though.

Delicious ! I ate those muffins with apple butter and it was perfect. Only thing I did was cutting down the sugar (only used a bit more than half a cup)like I usually do, and I shouldn't have ! It was not as sweet as I would have liked... my bad!
